The final instalment in our British Chamber of Commerce inspired mini-series Planet, People, Progress will focus on how we at Here’s the Plan approach and achieve Progress. As an SME with big plans for the future progress and innovation are key to our success.
In 1996 and 1998 Company Directors Roddy Dalziel and Douglas Reid started European Utility Consultants and MDG Group respectively. Each company takes a unique approach to helping businesses navigate through the utility market, ensuring their needs were met and to the best deal possible.
Over the course of twenty or so years each business began to specialise in different areas of the energy market and continued to grow. This eventually lead to the merger of the two companies whose expertise, knowledge, and services complimented each other so well joining our great teams was a no brainer!
We’ve continued to progress and believe doing so is key to play our part in ensuring Scotland hits its 2030, 2040 and 2045 sustainability goals. Developing new ideas and services keeps our customers in the best position possible to become more environmentally friendly, whilst reducing costs as much as possible.
We’ve found over the years that progress is easiest when working with others. That’s why we are so pleased to be a part of so many great organisations! Our local Chambers of Commerce in Perth and Dundee are a great source of knowledge and have really helped us to progress into the business we are today over our decade’s long relationships. We’ve come a long way in the last few years and can’t wait to progress even further in the years to come!
