This week we’ll be focusing on our Operations Manager, Tanya Hay, and providing a little insight into their everyday at Here’s The Plan.

What is an average day in your role?

I am fortunate that I never have the same day in any week, as my varied role covers business operations, HR and any other task that needs doing! I am the behind-the-scenes management that helps with ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently.

What do you love most about what you do?

Working with like-minded people!

Here’s the Plans assets are their staff and their ever-growing team is valued, motivated and given the flexibility to grow in their individual roles. A workplace like this makes for happy staff which in turn, creates a sought-after environment for me, or anyone, to work in. This diverse team of people makes coming to work enjoyable and my job achievable.

An interesting fact/advise you like.

If you feel safe in the area that you are working in, you are not working in the right area. Always go a little further into the water than you feel you’re capable of being in.

Go a little bit out of your depth. And when you don’t feel your feet touching the bottom, you're just about in the right place to do something exciting.
