This week we’ll be focusing on one of our Senior Account Managers, Ruth Curran, and providing a little insight into their everyday at Here’s The Plan.

What is an average day in your role?

As one of the senior account managers and training programmes coordinator with Heres The Plan, my two main focuses within the business are utility contract management for our varied small and large commercial businesses and ensuring all members of the team are ahead in the latest energy market updates and system processes.

Each day brings exciting new challenges with all businesses being indistinguishable in their utility requirements. From a straight forward contract renewal or billing query to a new meter installation/connection and solar projects. We can cater for all utility requirements.

What do you love most about what you do?

The best aspect of my job would definitely be meeting new people and sharing an insight into their business. From clients just starting off in a new business adventure to a long-standing customer, each gives an exciting opportunity to built great business relationships.

What is an interesting fact you like?

Mosquitoes are the deadliest animal in the world: They kill more people than any other creature, due to the diseases they carry.
