This week we’ll be focusing on one of our Account Managers, Rowan Charity, and providing a little insight into their everyday at Here’s The Plan.

What is an average day in your role?

Account Management is the one of the most important roles at Here’s The Plan as we work on building long-term relationships with a range of customers to ensure the best service possible. Each day is never the same being an account manager which is what I love about the job. My day can range from maintaining accurate and up to date customer records and managing day-to-day administration, to monitoring the wholesale gas and electricity markets and developing risk management strategies.

After completing my digital marketing diploma in May, I have also been managing Here's The Plan social media accounts. This has been a great experience as it allows me to switch up my daily routine between account managing and digital marketing.

What's an interesting fact you like?

An interesting fact I like is that only 5% of the ocean has been explored.

Do you have any pets?

I have a puppy called Winnie. She is a Jack Russel x Cavachon. She is only 9 months old, so she is very good at keeping us busy. I also have two cats called Kitty and Oscar.
