This week we’ll be focusing on one of our Business Office Administrators, Margaret Livingstone, and providing a little insight into their everyday at Here’s The Plan.

What is an average day in your role?

Opening, scanning and filing incoming mail for our records.

Scanning supplier invoices received for our clients so we can validate these to ensure correct billing by the suppliers.

Sending validated invoices to the clients.

Answering various e-mail/telephone enquiries from suppliers, clients, and colleagues.

Updating our systems with information required to ensure my colleagues have correct information for tendering purposes and bill validation i.e. meter readings, terminations, and letter of authorities.

What do you love most about what you do?

I like the variety my job gives me.

Tell us a surprising or a fun fact about you?

I owned a motorbike in my 20’s.
