This week we’ll be focusing on one of our Senior Account Managers, Christina Carlon, and providing a little insight into their everyday at Here’s The Plan.

What is an average day in your role?

My role at Here’s The Plan is to manage my portfolio of clients providing full contract management. Being on hand to help them with any query they have with regards to their utilities. In the current climate this is crucial for businesses to know that I am provide them will all the information they need to make the right decision for their business.

I also oversea the account manager team and help with day to day queries. This includes running reports and audits to ensure our systems are up to date.

What do you love most about what you do?

What I love most about my job is the relationship I have with my clients and knowing that I am able to provide them with the best service for them and their business. I also love that everyday is different and you don’t know what challenge awaits you each day.

Do you have any pets?

I have a three year old Labrador Luna and a 7 ½ year old rescue Dalmatian Lady. Both are absolutely bonkers and have turned my life upside down but wouldn’t have it any other way. Lady has recently started swimming and now loves a little paddle to cool down in the warm weather.
