Angus Hotel - Broadband Upgrades and Savings

The Challenge: Angus Hotel approached us to see if they could rationalise and save some money on their telecoms. Their lines, calls and broadband were with three different suppliers, they were paying over the odds, and they were unsure where they were contractually.

The Solution: We identified the contract end dates, gave notice to the various suppliers and made a plan with the client to transfer services to Here’s The Plan (previously MDG Telecoms) at the earliest possible opportunity. We also identified that Fast Fibre broadband had recently become available so upgraded both broadband supplies as part of the process. We arranged for this to happen on a day agreed with the client to minimise disruption to the core business of the hotel and its guests. We liaised with engineers and the clients’ IT support getting them to come to site and reconfigure the routers at the correct time to minimise their time on site and the client’s time ‘offline’.

The Result: Here’s The Plan saved The Angus Hotel £924 per annum for exactly the same service and they now have the convenience of one bill and one contract rather than three.
