As a Senior Account Manager, Marilyn's main role is to arrange new energy contracts for our clients at the optimum time to ensure clients are receiving the most competitive contract available on the market at the time.
Marilyn spends quite a large amount of her day overseeing the invoice validation service we provide to clients. On average we receive around 300 invoices per month for validating, whether it’s for our large use and multi-site clients or for clients with a stand alone meter. Should any discrepancies arise from the validation process, we take ownership of these issues and manage them through to a satisfactory resolution keeping our clients informed at every stage. All of this and more is overseen by Marilyn!
Marilyn is the Treasurer of Thorn Athletic Football Club, a local Junior football team from her hometown of Johnstone and who have just finished 5th which is an excellent achievement as season 2022/23 is their first season in this higher league.
