Gemma Yeats

Gemma is a new member to the Here's The Plan team, joining at the start of May 2023. She provides help to our Account Managers with administration. She has recently left the world of Private Client Tax after 32 years and is excited for this new challenge.

Gemma works as part of the team responsible for the administration of client’s accounts and ensuring our system is running up to date. She also ensures that contract terminations are sent to the suppliers within the termination window and the suppliers have up-to-date letters of authority for all our clients.   

She brings a wealth of customer service experience from her previous role. 

Outside of work Gemma loves travelling and her favourite destination so far has been Venezuela where she visited Angel Falls.
