As a data analyst, Ben is part of the Bureau Services Team that is responsible for maintaining the company data hub of invoices, contract records and meter readings. The data hub ensures that we work with accurate, reliable, and consistent data throughout the business. Good data quality is essential for Ben’s other major role, invoice validation. Ben is responsible for ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely billing invoices, reporting billing errors and managing billing issues to a satisfactory resolution.
Ben has a background in software development that he is using to automate certain tasks to improve work efficiency. He is also the go-to person if anyone is having any IT issues!
Ben is an avid music listener who loves everything from Rock, Pop, Punk or Jazz. He is also a keen cyclist and enjoys going bouldering with his friends.
