Rowan Charity

Rowan is one of our Account Managers. Rowan comes from a background of website and marketing in the hairdressing and beauty industry. She started working from the age of 14 in the hospitality industry meaning she has had expertise in customer service from a young age. In 2019, Rowan gained her SCQF level 6 diploma for Information Technology and Telecommunications Professionals through a modern apprenticeship.

Rowan leads marketing at Here's The Plan through her SCQF Level 6 Diploma in Digital Marketing, which she gained in May 2022. Rowan takes care of our social media channels, content creation, and graphic design.
