This week we'll be focusing on our Data Analyst, Stephen White, and providing a little insight into their everyday at Here's The Plan.

What is an average day in your role?

In an average day I analyse and breakdown invoices that require validation. I will take on and plan any internal projects I have going. I investigate any ongoing issues then spend time resolving the problem. This usually involves lots of spreadsheets and time spend collating data from various data sources.

Once I’ve put everything together, I can report it to which ever internal stake holder need the information.

Why did you join Here’s The Plan?

I joined Here’s the Plan because I wanted to work somewhere where I could be valued for my skillset rather than force to hide all my weaknesses. I am encouraged from day 1 to play to my strengths and find task that help the company that also suit skills. While also growing my knowledge base of the industry and continually hone my talents.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

Don’t aim to be happy, aim to be wise.

Don’t be fearless but always have courage

Don’t judge but always maintain a sense of justice
