Energy Compliance Analyst

Here’s The Plan is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Energy Compliance Analyst to support clients in meeting energy and environmental compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for clients and industry stakeholders.
Manage client records, accounts, and compliance documentation.
Collect, review, and submit compliance data to regulatory bodies.
Coordinate energy assessments, audits, and certification processes.
Support with environmental reporting requirements.
Monitor regulatory changes and maintain compliance processes.
Assist with invoicing, credit control, and general administration.
Research prospects, support marketing campaigns, and identify business development opportunities.
Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of internal systems and databases.

Skills & Experience:

Strong communication, research, and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; database management experience desirable.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional, collaborative, and self-motivated approach.
Comfortable building relationships and communicating with a range of stakeholders.
