Who is the Lite plan for? The Lite plan is ideal for small businesses or those with straightforward energy needs who want expert support to set up and transition their energy contract — without paying for ongoing management they don’t need.
What isn’t included in the Lite plan? Ongoing contract support isn’t included as standard, but is available as an add-on through our consultancy hours. For businesses that want continuous bill oversight, our Bureau Services team offers Invoice Validation as a standalone add-on – catching overcharges and errors before they become costly. For fully managed contract support, our Essential plan may be a better fit.
