Here’s The Plan, a leading Tayside-based energy and sustainability consultancy approaching its 30th anniversary, is pleased to announce the appointment of Christian Williams and Sam Grace as Co-Managing Directors, effective immediately. The pair succeed founder Douglas Reid, who transitions to Chairman, as the company enters an exciting new phase of growth.
Founded in the late 1990s, Here’s The Plan guides clients through the increasingly complex energy market, helping them achieve Net Zero goals and manage energy procurement while balancing People, Planet, and Profit. As the Perth-based company continues to grow, Christian Williams and Sam Grace longstanding team members who established the firm’s Sustainability Department—step into their new roles to build on nearly three decades of success. Williams previously served as Head of Commercial, while Grace was Head of Operations, each bringing years of experience within the energy industry and a shared passion for sustainability.
Christian Williams said:
